Private Training Sessions
These one hour sessions are one-on-one or semi-private sessions held in our home studio in Oak Park.  The studio is equipped with weights, balance apparatus, strength bands, Pilates equipment, cardio equipment and a fibration platform.   As with all of our programs, our focus is core based and we strive to create a well rounded exercise and food plan to meet the needs of each client.  The Timefighter Fitness regimen is designed to challenge the individual participant to be committed, motivated and accountable to his or her personal goals.

We also offer one-on-one sessions which can be held in your home or backyard.  We provide the training equipment.  This is a great option for the client who prefers to work-out without leaving home.

Core Camp
This program is a very motivating, core-centered outdoor circuit training experience which has been modeled after our proven one-on-one training techniques.  It is an hour long session which includes stretching, cardiovascular activity, strength training and mat Pilates.  A tailored weight loss plan is provided with suggested meal plans.  Our core camp was designed for both men and women regardless of age, ability or fitness level.  It is as challenging as you make it.
