Q: I would love to try your program but I’m apprehensive.
Is there a way I can try it to see if I like it?


A: Of course! We encourage everybody to try a session for free! We would love for you to get a feel of what we’re all about.

Q: How soon will I see results?

A: A committed TFF member will see results within the first week. You will have more energy, more drive, and will likely lose a few pounds in the first few days!

Q: I have no exercise experience. Is there a place for me?

A. Yes! We are equipped to help those new to physical fitness as well as the most experienced athletes.

Q: Times are tight, are there any discounts that apply to me?

A: We are committed to helping people get and stay healthy and the last thing that we want is to have finances be the reason that you don’t get started.  Contact us today to see if one of our many discounts apply to you and let’s get you going on the path to better health.

Q: I have a specific goal. I am training for a local 10k. Will this help me?

A: Regardless of your goal, we WILL be able to challenge you. We guaranty that you will be better equipped to tackle your fitness and weight loss goals, and the challenges that every day life brings your way! Our training includes cardio, weight lifting, plyometrics, kickboxing, stretching, yoga, and everything in between. Your body will go places you never thought possible!

Q.Do you provide private and semi-private training?

A: Yes! Please contact us for availability and options.       

Q: Are there clean restrooms at the Core Camps?

A: We have found the park restrooms to be very well maintained, and we work with the site representatives to ensure that our exercise facilities are located in clean, safe and well maintained environments.
